Siesta Media offers a full-service social media solution, including content strategy, daily content scripting, filming guidance, video editing, posting, and a 1:1 Consultation Package. Our services are designed to help businesses and creators grow their social presence, create engaging content, and achieve measurable results.

These Legal Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (‘you’), and Siesta Media LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Legal Terms and Conditions and Conditions, you must not access or use the Services.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the ‘Last updated’ date of these Legal Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms and Conditions are posted.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are permitted to use or register for the Services only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Siesta Media LLC: Refund Requirements
Effective from October 23, 2025

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions for Social Media Services offered by Siesta Media LLC.
We want to be transparent about when refunds are (and are not) available. Please read this carefully before we start working together.

1. General Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable, except under the Money-Back Guarantee described below.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
You may be eligible for a full refund under our Money-Back Guarantee if you fully meet all of the following conditions:

Purchased either the Growth or Premium Plan
Siesta Media edits at least 80% of all posted videos
New content is posted at least five (5) times per week
Post each new piece of content to all five of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
If the client is posting content themselves, they must follow all the guidelines provided during weekly calls by Siesta Media
Make all payments (including installments, if applicable) on time and without default
Despite doing all of the above, you do not achieve a total of 1,000,000 views across your content within 90 days of your contract with Siesta Media

3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet all of the above requirements and wish to request a refund, please:

Email hi@siestasocialmedia.com within 14 days after your 90-day contract period ends; and

Include proof of each eligibility item (e.g., screenshots, analytics, and links to your posts).
Refund requests without full evidence cannot be reviewed.

4. How We Review Requests
We’ll review your submission carefully and aim to respond within 30 days. If your request meets all the conditions, we’ll process your refund through your original payment method.
We may decline requests that are incomplete, inaccurate, or found to be made in bad faith.

5. Chargebacks and Multiple Requests
If a participant initiates a chargeback or makes repeated refund claims, fraudulent claims may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds are only available under the specific Money-Back Guarantee above.

7. International Customers
This Refund Policy applies to all customers worldwide, regardless of where you live or make your purchase.
All services are provided by Siesta Media LLC, a company based in the United States, and all purchases are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
