Real Estate Social Media Marketing, Filmed at Your Listings
We film your listings and you, coach you on camera, edit it into Reels, TikToks, and Shorts, and post on a schedule, from $799 a month. You take the calls. We run the feed.

Why Social Media Decides Who Gets the Listing
Sellers do not pick a listing agent off a yard sign anymore. Before the appointment, they look you up: Google first, then Instagram. Your feed is the interview before the interview. Either it shows real video, you walking a listing, talking through the market, handing over keys at a closing, or it shows a headshot and a post from March.
That is why social media marketing for real estate is really personal-brand marketing. The listings change every month. The constant is you, and you are what the seller is deciding on.
Buyers are the other half. People scroll homes for fun, long before they search on purpose. A walkthrough reel gets watched by people who were not looking yet and sent to the friend who is.
The agents growing fastest in any market treat short-form video as part of the job. The catch is that filming, editing, and posting is itself a job, and you already have one that does not stop at 6pm.
What You Should Get From a Real Estate Social Media Marketing Agency
Most of what is sold as social media marketing for realtors is a template pack and a posting schedule; you are still the one filming in your car between showings. Here is what the service includes when the agency also holds the camera. Tiers differ in volume and platforms.
Listing Videos and Walkthrough Reels
We film the listing the way a buyer wants to see it: a walkthrough that moves, details worth stopping on, cut vertical for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. One shoot day comes back as about 8 finished videos, so one listing plus your time on camera covers weeks of posting.
Agent Personal-Brand Content, Coached on Camera
Listings sell houses; your face wins the next listing. We film you answering the questions buyers and sellers actually ask, and we direct every take, so you never guess what to say or where to look.
Market Update and Neighborhood Content
What is happening in your market this month, in plain English, on camera. Plus neighborhood video that proves you know the area, not just the inventory.
Just Listed and Just Sold Posts
The classics, built from real footage instead of a template graphic. A just-sold post cut from closing-day video says more than a gold banner ever has.
Posting, Stories, and Engagement
We post to two platforms on Essential and Growth (Instagram and Facebook for most agents) and four on VIRAL, plus stories on your tier’s cadence. Comment and DM handling is available as an add-on; VIRAL includes ManyChat auto-DM, so a “send me the details” comment can get an instant reply from your account.
Monthly Reporting
Once a month: views, reach, follower change, which videos performed and what drove it, and what we change because of it. No 40-slide deck.

How It Works for Agents and Teams
Four steps, built around your calendar, not ours. First posts go live about a week after you sign.
1. Brand and Market Strategy
The strategy call is a live brainstorming session: we break down what your accounts are doing now, then build the plan around what you need more of. Listings, buyer leads, recruiting for a team. Out of that comes platforms, formats, cadence, and what each post is for.
2. Shoot Day: Your Listings, and You
We come to you: the new listing, your office, the neighborhood you farm. Listings get the walkthrough treatment; you get directed on camera. It is the same Sarasota video production we run for every client, adapted to your inventory and your week.
3. Edit and Approve
The batch lands in your approval queue, generally within two to three days and same-day when a listing cannot wait; one round of revisions is included. Nothing goes live until you have seen it.
4. Post and Grow
We post on your tier’s schedule and send the monthly report; with the engagement add-on we answer the comments and DMs as well.
We Film Your Listings and Coach You on Camera
Scroll what this search returns: templates, stock footage, caption banks, and a calendar you are supposed to film yourself. Now look for the ones who will drive to the listing with a camera. It is a short list.
A shoot with us looks like this: we walk the listing first and pick the shots, film the walkthrough, then set you up in the best light in the house and coach you through talking about it. What to say about the kitchen, where to stand, when to stop talking and let the room speak. If a take feels stiff, we cut it and go again. Shy, we draw you out. Big personality, we channel it into four clean minutes.
The people who filmed it edit and post it, so nothing gets lost between “great footage” and “went live.”
And the calendar is not a cage. A listing that deserves a walkthrough the day it hits the market, a closing worth filming, an open house: tell us and it goes on the schedule. Some of the best content only happens once.
“Their ability to make people feel comfortable in front of the camera is a talent in itself, and it allows them to capture moments that feel authentic rather than staged.”
Veronika Trifonova, Google review, June 2026
Client Work You Can Check
Every client story we publish carries its dates and its public links, so you can check the numbers yourself: client results.
The longest arc on that roster is not an agent, and for an agent it is the most useful one.
From Roughly 3,000 Followers to 1M+ Across 4 Platforms in 3 Years
Todd Alan Gallery is a Sarasota jeweler, not a real estate agent, and that is exactly why his numbers matter here. His growth is a personal brand built on camera: one expert, filmed where he works, explaining what he knows. That is the same engine an agent needs.
When we started, the accounts had roughly three thousand followers across three platforms and no TikTok; in Todd’s own words, from his public Google review, “almost no followers and very little momentum.” Three years of consistent short-form video later, filmed in his workshop by our team, the accounts are past a million followers combined across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Nobody buys a wedding ring every week, either. A jeweler and an agent sell the same way: infrequent, expensive, built on trust. People follow for months before they ever call, and the feed does the trust-building while you sleep.
Bring a listing. We will tell you what we would film there, and what you would be posting for the next month.
Real Estate Social Media Packages
Agents and teams get the same three packages as every client, same published prices. Shoot days, finished videos, posts, and platforms scale with the tier; filming is inside every tier, not a line you discover after you sign.

Sarasota-Based, Working With Agents Anywhere
Our office is on Main Street in downtown Sarasota, which puts most of the listings in this market within a half hour of us: Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Venice, Ellenton, and out to North Port. Social media for real estate agents in Sarasota comes with a crew that is already in your market and films in it every week, at the downtown price, with no travel surcharge anywhere in that area.
We are a small, all-local team. You can reach us anytime, and meetings are usually coffee at your office, not a monthly Zoom with a rotating account manager overseas.
Real estate is one slice of the social media marketing in Sarasota we do; the posting and reporting side is the same social media management in Sarasota every client gets.
Bradenton and Palmetto agents: Bradenton social media marketing.
Outside the Gulf Coast, we work with agents and teams on the editing and posting side: you film on a phone with our shot guidance, we edit, post, and report. Ask on the call.
Real Estate Social Media Marketing FAQs
How much does real estate social media marketing cost? +
We publish three tiers: Essential at $799 a month, Growth at $1,599, and VIRAL at $3,199. The price moves with shoot days, videos per week, and platforms; the full breakdown is on our social media management packages page. Solo agent who would rather run your own accounts? The $997 one-time Social Media Consultation gets you the audit, a 90-day strategy built with you, and the training to do it yourself.
What should real estate agents post on social media? +
Mostly video, and mostly you: listing walkthroughs, you answering one real buyer or seller question per video, plain-English market updates, neighborhood content, and just listed and just sold posts built from real footage. Save the graphics for last. A full guide to real estate social media posts is coming to our blog.
Which platform is best for realtors: Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok? +
Instagram is the working answer for most agents, because it is where sellers look you up before the listing appointment. Facebook still carries local reach and groups, TikTok rewards personality and reaches far past your follower count, and YouTube Shorts comes free from the same edit. Our two-platform tiers run Instagram and Facebook for most agents; VIRAL adds TikTok and YouTube.
Do you film the listing videos yourselves? +
Yes. We shoot on location with our own gear, at the listing and wherever your day happens, and the same team edits and posts, so nothing is lost in a handoff. That is the difference between realtor video marketing and a template pack. You own everything we create during the partnership.
I hate being on camera. Can this still work? +
Yes, and you are the reason the coaching exists. We direct every take: what to say about the house, where to stand, when to stop talking. If a take is stiff, we reset and go again; shy agents get drawn out, big personalities get channeled. Most agents who look natural on camera are agents who are well directed.
Does social media actually generate listings and buyer leads? +
Here is the mechanism, without invented numbers. A reel gets watched by people in your market; some tap through to your profile, and the profile sends them to your listing link, your site, or your DMs. Sellers work in reverse: they scroll your feed before the listing appointment, and steady, real video answers the question they came with. We do not promise a lead count or a commission figure.
Do you handle compliance, like brokerage branding and Fair Housing, in posts? +
Nothing posts without your approval: every batch lands in your queue first, so you, the licensee, see every frame and caption before your name is on it. One round of revisions is included, so a missing disclosure you catch is fixed before the post goes live.
What does a REALTOR commit to? +
The initial term is three months, then month to month; after that, either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice. You are billed monthly, in advance, by invoice, and there is no setup fee. Need to pause for a vacation or a slow season? Give us 30 days’ notice and we start again when you are ready.
